The Texas Veterans Network (TVN), powered by Combined Arms, is celebrating a major milestone: five years of dedicated service connecting veterans and their families to life-changing resources. According to a press release, the statewide initiative has supported more than 70,000 veterans since its launch in 2020.
Backed by more than 300 state agencies and nonprofit partners, TVN was the first interconnected network of its kind in Texas. Its mission is simple yet impactful—ensure veterans have easy access to essential services such as health care, employment assistance, housing support, education resources, and mental health care.
“We’ve seen firsthand how TVN’s collaborative efforts have made a real difference in the lives of Texas veterans,” said Juliet Stipeche, Executive Director of Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast. “The Texas Veterans Network represents the spirit of innovation and unity, and we’re proud to have played a role in its creation and continued success. The 5-year milestone is a testament to the impact of this program, and we look forward to continuing to support veterans and their families for years to come.”
TVN was launched with the support of the Texas Workforce Commission and has grown into a model of community-driven innovation. Through Combined Arms’ technology platform, veterans are connected with verified local resources faster and more efficiently than traditional systems allow.
“This anniversary is a testament to the power of community-driven solutions and the collective will to serve those who have served us,” said Mia Garcia, Executive Director of the Texas Veterans Network. “Because of their leadership and the collaboration of our extensive network of partners that we have been able to make a tangible impact on the lives of so many veterans and their families.
The 5-year anniversary not only marks TVN’s achievements, but also reaffirms its ongoing mission to support and empower veterans across Texas.
