If you’re between 14 and 24 and unsure about your next step, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Whether you’ve graduated, left school, or are working but aiming for more, the WIOA Youth Program is designed to help you build skills, gain experience, and move toward a meaningful career path.
Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), eligible young adults can access a range of services tailored to their individual goals. This initiative emphasizes practical, hands-on preparation to help participants succeed in education, training, or employment.
Participants may qualify for paid or unpaid work experiences, including internships and summer jobs. In addition, job readiness support helps strengthen résumé writing, interviewing techniques, and overall workplace skills.
