What makes it easier to find a job, access training, or build a career? What barriers make those opportunities harder to reach? The Houston Economic Mobility Coalition wants to hear directly from residents across Greater Houston.

These Community Conversations will bring residents together to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas about economic mobility and the region’s workforce system. The conversations are part of a regional workforce development initiative supported by the Walmart Foundation and led in partnership with the Greater Houston Partnership, United Way of Greater Houston, Houston City College, and San Jacinto College.
