The 3rd Annual Fort Bend Resource & Job Fair, hosted by Workforce Solutions in partnership with The Links, Incorporated – Fort Bend Chapter, brought together employers, job seekers, and community resources for a successful day focused on employment opportunities and workforce support.
Held on April 8 at the Missouri City Career Office, the event welcomed a strong turnout from community members seeking career opportunities, workforce resources, and employer connections.
A total of 16 employers participated in the event, meeting with job seekers and sharing information about available opportunities across a variety of industries.
The event attracted 247 attendees, reflecting continued community interest in workforce and career development opportunities. Due to the overwhelming turnout, the event reached maximum capacity and was forced to close registration early.
The strong participation highlighted the importance of partnerships that connect employers, workforce organizations, and community members in meaningful ways.
