What Are Production and Transportation Jobs?

Production jobs involve the creation and refinement of goods in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, and food processing. Common roles include machine operators, welders, assemblers, and quality control inspectors. These jobs are critical to the operation of supply chains and industrial infrastructure.

Transportation jobs focus on the movement of goods and people. From long-haul truck drivers to warehouse workers and fleet mechanics, these roles ensure timely deliveries and keep commerce running across the region and country.
