Juliet brings deep expertise in workforce development and regional collaboration. She will be presenting on November 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT, in a virtual workshop titled:
“Reimagining Career Pathways in the Gulf Coast Region – for Adults, Youth, and Economic Mobility”
In this session, Stipeche will explore how the Gulf Coast Workforce Board is leveraging the Tri-Agency Workforce Initiative —a statewide partnership led by the Texas Education Agency, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and Texas Workforce Commission—to transform workforce systems beyond youth programs.
Key discussion points include:
- Aligning education, workforce, and industry systems to serve learners of all ages
- Building pathways that meet learners where they are—whether entering the workforce, returning to school, or reskilling
- Designing stackable credentials and flexible learning models to drive real economic mobility
- Strengthening cross-sector partnerships and fostering trust-based collaboration
- Translating lessons from youth-focused initiatives into broader adult-serving strategies
Stipeche will be joined by Leigh Ann Arnold, Senior Director at Outreach Strategists, offering attendees a comprehensive view of regional workforce innovation.
