Job seekers from across the region gathered on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Pasadena Convention Center for the “Discover Your Future” Job Fair, an event designed to connect individuals with employers and career resources in one place.
Hosted by Pasadena Loves Local, the event welcomed attendees from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., offering free access to a wide range of opportunities. With more than 100 employers in attendance representing industries such as retail and industrial sectors, participants had the chance to explore potential career paths and engage directly with hiring teams.
Throughout the afternoon, job seekers were able to network with employers, learn about current openings, and take steps toward their next career move. The event created a space for individuals at different stages of their professional journey—from those entering the workforce to those seeking new opportunities—to connect with companies actively hiring.
In addition to employer engagement, attendees had access to added resources aimed at strengthening their job search. The Career Coaching Corner featured representatives from Pasadena Loves Local partners, including Workforce Solutions, San Jacinto College, University of Houston-Clear Lake, and Meador Staffing Services. Participants were able to receive guidance, tips, and preparation support ahead of meeting with employers.
Another highlight of the event was the opportunity for attendees to receive free professional headshots, provided onsite by Arrowhead Creative Company. This service offered job seekers a way to enhance their professional presence as they continue their job search.
