Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast is launching a new podcast series designed to bring listeners closer to the people, programs, and partnerships shaping the region’s workforce.

Hosted by Juliet Stipeche, Executive Director of the Gulf Coast Workforce Board, the podcast will feature conversations with leaders across business, media, and the public sector, offering insight into the challenges and opportunities impacting the Gulf Coast’s economy.

In the first episode, Stipeche is joined by Gulf Coast Workforce Board Chair Mark Guthrie and Board Member Doug Karr for a discussion on the Board’s role, the scope of its work, and the workforce challenges currently facing the region. The conversation also explores why increasing public awareness is a priority and how new efforts aim to better connect communities to available resources.
