On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Workforce Solutions proudly hosted the Wharton County Job Fair at the Wharton Civic Center in Wharton. The event brought together 52 employers and 242 attendees for a day focused on opportunity, connection, and community engagement.
From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, local employers, job seekers, training providers, and community partners gathered under one roof to network, share resources, and explore employment opportunities. Employers had the opportunity to meet motivated candidates face-to-face, with designated interview areas available throughout the event to support on-site conversations.
Training providers and community partners connected with attendees to share information about programs and services designed to support career growth and workforce development. Job seekers had the opportunity to engage directly with multiple employers in one location, helping streamline their job search process.
